At Solyxo™, we strive to provide the most detailed product descriptions possible to avoid any surprises when you receive your order. We want our customers to know exactly what they're buying.
Cancellation Policy
We are proud of our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our website. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to contact@solyxo.com.
Since most in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is crucial that you contact us within this period so we can attempt to cancel the order before it is processed and/or shipped. Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the order has already been processed.

* Tracked Shipping: 10 to 15 business days
* Express Shipping: 5 to 7 business days
We offer personalized jewelry, which involves production time, justifying a longer delivery period.
In the case of a non-compliant engraving (too long or technically impossible), and without a response from the customer within 3 to 4 days after our contact, we reserve the right to adjust the engraving text to ensure a legible and harmonious result.
This may include the removal of certain names or symbols or the rephrasing of a sentence while preserving its meaning. The order will be shipped without additional delays. By approving the order, the customer agrees that adjustments may be made if necessary.
We do not offer refunds for delays in the delivery of our personalized products.
Address Errors
It is your responsibility to ensure that the address provided is correct and to notify us of any changes immediately. This change can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.
We are not responsible for incorrect delivery information. Likewise, we are not responsible for orders that are refused or cannot be delivered (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.). In these cases, packages may be returned, but this is not always guaranteed.
If your order is returned to sender, we offer a refund of the order minus shipping costs or a reshipment, at your choice. You are only entitled to a reshipment or refund of the order if the package is returned to sender.
Return Policy
We accept returns for any reason! If you are not satisfied or have changed your mind, our return period is 14 days from the receipt of the products.
Important: Our return policy does NOT apply to personalized or made-to-order items (engraved necklaces, custom-name bracelets, birthstone jewelry with personalized engraving, etc.). Because these items are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold, all sales of personalized items are final. Returns of such items will only be accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In that case, we will provide a replacement item, but no refund will be issued. By placing an order for a personalized item, you acknowledge and accept this Custom Order Exception.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, please complete the return form. Sign it and send it along with the package to the address we will provide when you contact our customer service.
